Read This: New Park Hours and Other Information
After park hours have been published, Universal reserves the right to alter them once, twice, or even several times per month without providing advance notice.
We do our best to keep you up to date with the latest information, but other companies' practices and policies may evolve without prior warning. Since this is an estimate and a compilation of data, we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
Our sincere advice is to call Universal's Guest Services a day or two before your trip, at 407-224-4233 or toll-free at 1-877-801-9720, to confirm park hours for your visit, regardless of what our calendar or Universal's website shows.
Estimated wait times, forecasts, and more are all available.
By selecting a specific date, you can see additional details about that day, such as relevant links, the weather forecast, the park where Early Park Admission is located, and our estimated maximum wait times.
There will be a star (*) next to the month's hours if Universal has not yet released park hours for that month.
Legend of the 12-month calendar crowd
This is the busiest time of year for amusement parks. Massive crowds, extremely long wait times (over 120 minutes) at popular attractions, and extended park hours should be anticipated. It is highly recommended that you purchase an Express Pass, but you should know that they may sell out. USF and IOA are usually open until 10:00 pm or later on very busy days. There's also a possibility that the parks will open to the public at 8:00 a.m., an hour earlier than usual. (You should make a travel itinerary. )
Crowds can be seen at amusement parks. Popular attractions will see large crowds and wait times of 90 to 120 minutes (lines will be noticeably shorter in the morning and evening). Though Express Passes are highly suggested, careful preparation can get you by without one. USF and IOA are usually open until 9 p.m. on busy days. (Require a travel itinerary )
Theme parks see a steady flow of visitors. Wait times of 30–90 minutes (lines will be much shorter in the morning and evening) are to be anticipated at the most popular attractions due to the high volume of visitors. It's important to remember that Universal typically schedules ride maintenance for off-peak times, so it's possible that one or more of the park's major attractions will be closed during your visit; this page details all upcoming closures. To avoid waiting in any lines or to see both parks in one day, Express Passes are highly recommended. During mild days, USF and IOA are usually open until 8 p.m. (Itinerary planning required) )
Tourists are slow at theme parks. There will be few people and short lines, with waits of 45 minutes or less at most of the major attractions. Be aware that Universal typically schedules ride maintenance for off-peak times, so that some of the park's more popular attractions may be closed during your visit - this page details any upcoming closures. It's not a good idea to use a fast-track pass. On slow days, USF and IOA are usually open until 7 o'clock at night.
