Simply launch the app to begin using Digital Wellbeing on your Android device. It is already installed on your device, and you don't need a separate account or password to view your screen time statistics.
To access your settings, go to the menu labeled "Settings." Finally, look for or tap on the option labeled "Digital Wellbeing and parental controls." If you click on this, you will be able to view a comprehensive breakdown of how much time you've spent in each app recently. You can view a breakdown of your time spent in each app over time by tapping on the app's name.

- To access the Settings menu, launch the appropriate app.

- Get in bed mode
- You can customize the phone's behavior while in "Bedtime" mode. Tap Next
- Set the time of day that your device will automatically switch to "bedtime mode." When you are finished, press the Done button.
- Select Modify to Make It Your Own
- Choose which functions you'd like to activate when you switch to Bedtime mode.
One of the most helpful features of Digital Wellbeing is the Focus Mode. While in Focus Mode, inactive programs are dimmed. As a result, you'll be motivated to stop relying on your phone and start getting things done. You have the option of selectively allowing or disallowing certain applications.
Naturally, you can activate and deactivate Focus mode at will. Thus, it is ultimately up to you to use your own self-control and stay on task until you have completed Focus mode. Graying out your apps is a visual cue that you need to stop multitasking and devote your full attention to the task at hand.
